If you would like to join the Celebration Temple of God's family, you will need to check the section on the Welcome and Communication Response sheet, at the 11:00 a.m. Divine Worship Service on Sunday morning which says "I Would Like Information On: Church membership".
It is highly recommended that each prospective member complete CLASS 101, “Discovering Church Membership (Our Church Family)” that provides instruction on the covenant, purpose, strategy, structure, statements, the plan of salvation, and ministry of the Celebration Temple of God.
A new member should express his or her desire to actively participate in our worship services and support the mission and ministries of the Celebration Temple of God.
In addition, the prospective member joins our church in the following ways:
- By Baptism—A person who has publicly professed faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of their sins and is baptized in this church by immersion.
- By Profession of Faith—A person who has been saved and baptized by immersion, but is presently not a member of another church and can show proof of their baptism. If you are unable to provide baptismal records, then we recommend that you be rebaptized.
